Booking Conditions

Please read carefully our booking and cancellation policies before confirming your reservation.
By booking with Ride Bali, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms below.

1. How to book

You can book your day ride via WhatsApp. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your payment: a 30% deposit of the total booking price or the full amount.

Payment options

We accept domestic bank transfers or Wise transfers in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Your booking is secured once we confirm receipt of your payment.

For rides departing the next day, please complete your booking by 4:00 PM the day before so our team can prepare your bikes, drivers, and vehicles.
Your booking will be confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.

2. Changes and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

  • You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 5 days before your scheduled ride.

  • For cancellations or date changes after 4:00 PM, 5 days before your ride, a 30% cancellation fee applies.

  • In case of a no-show on the day of your ride, the full amount will be charged.

3. Itineraries

We reserve the right to change advertised itineraries before or during a tour for safety reasons or due to changing local conditions (e.g. ceremonies, weather, natural disasters, road closures, etc.).

Our tour leader or guide has the authority to make any necessary changes during the ride.
If you choose not to adhere to these changes, you will be considered to have left the tour and will no longer be under our responsibility.

4. Insurance

It is mandatory for every traveler to have adequate travel insurance for the entire duration of your ride with Ride Bali.
Your insurance must include comprehensive medical and emergency evacuation coverage.

Please note that Ride Bali does not provide any insurance coverage for personal risks. Each participant is fully responsible for obtaining their own travel and medical insurance before joining any tour.

We also strongly recommend that your policy includes trip cancellation coverage.

5. Personal Responsibility

All activities organized by Ride Bali are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury, or death that may occur during an activity.

By signing up for our tours, all participants acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks and that they participate voluntarily.

6. Force Majeure

Ride Bali will not be held liable for any delay, change, or cancellation caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule your ride or offer a credit for future travel.

7. Health & Fitness

Participants must ensure they are in suitable physical condition to join our rides and activities.
Ride Bali reserves the right to refuse participation if a traveler’s health or behavior may affect the safety or enjoyment of others.

8. Equipment Use and Damage

All participants are responsible for the proper use and care of the bikes and equipment provided by Ride Bali.

  • Any loss or damage to bikes, helmets, or equipment caused by negligence, reckless behavior, or misuse will be charged to the participant at repair or replacement cost.

  • Normal wear and tear is, of course, excluded.

  • In the event of an accident, participants must immediately inform their Ride Bali guide.

  • Ride Bali reserves the right to request a security deposit or hold personal identification until equipment is returned in good condition.

9. Acceptance of Conditions

By making a payment for your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Conditions.
